The business mapping is Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) method which consists 6 parts process, plan, source, make, deliver return and enable. Research conducted through two phases HOR. HOR 1 are identification events agents based on SCOR mapping, measurement severity, occurrence levels produce an Aggregate Priority (ARP), then determine a priority agent mitigation process. 2 used actions be done first, considering their differing effectiveness well resources involved degree difficulties performing. company should ideally select set that not so difficult perform but could effectively reduce probability occurring. 7 experience respondents were study consisting engineering, procurement, production, warehouse, planning, after-sales dan quality control. results analysis successfully identified 46 41 manufacturing mining trailers. FGD Pareto produced 16 recommendations for expected able mitigate risk.
